Set Your Intention

What is it that you desire? What sort of a life would you like to live?  

Take some time to think about it, get intentional!

Buddha often said "The mind is everything, you become what you think". Therefore it is very important to focus on your intention everyday, doing this enables you to attract it into your life. 

STEPS TO SETTING YOUR INTENTION

  1. VISUALIZE- Before you can manifest your dreams in life you must first have a clear vision of what you desire. A simple way to get clear on what you want is to create a vision board. A vision board is a collage of positive affirmations and photos of what you want in life. When you are clear on what you want in life you are more likely to achieve it.
  1. WRITE IT DOWN – Studies have shown you are up to 50% more likely to achieve your goals by simply writing them down. 
  1. SHARE IT – Share your intention with someone close that you know will hold you accountable for taking action on your intention. When someone supportive knows about your goals they can keep reminding you to take action.
  1. WEAR IT – Wear your mala daily as a reminder of the intention you set for yourself. Whenever you
  1. TAKE ACTION – Once you have set an intention you must take action to achieving your goals. 
  1. STAY CONSISTENT – This is the most important step in achieving your set intention. Staying consistent will eventually bring you to goal it. Staying consistent takes discipline and discipline takes time, some advice on staying consistent is
  • Do something
  • Do little
  • Do

What matters the most is that you know a bit more or become a bit better than you were yesterday, a drop everyday will eventually fill the bucket.
