All of our products can be returned/exchanged.

*PLEASE USE YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, as major companies (UPS, FEDex, DHL) will put a customs charge on the package. We will DECLINE packages with custom charges.*


We will exchange your item(s) for anything of equal or lesser value.  If you choose a lesser value the difference will be refunded to you.  If you would like a refund please follow the steps listed below 

- All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. 

- A "Exchange Request" email must be sent to -

- Include name on order, email on order, order # 

- Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges (we will cover the cost to ship your replacement item/items)


If you purchased an item and wish to return it, please follow the requirements below

- All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges 

- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

When will my purchase be refunded?

Refunds will be issued upon a tracking number being provided for return shipping.  If you choose to send the products back without tracking numbers you will be notified once we have received the package via email that your refund has been processed.

*IMPORTANT* The customer is responsible for providing a proper and full address.
If you have provided us with an incorrect/insufficient address, we are unable to give you a refund until the package is returned back to us by the post office. This process may take several weeks or months due to the fact that the address is not valid. Once the package is returned to us you may request a refund or to have your package reshipped.
- For a refund, the shipping fees will be deducted before the refund.
- To have the package reshipped, you will be charged for a shipping fee.
